Bring first four ingredients to a boil in large pan. Remove from heat; add rest of the ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Pour into jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Frost.
Heat- butter, peanut butter, and evaporated milk to boiling and add-
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Stir until smooth.
