     Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
4 cup rhubarb, cut
20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
4 cup sugar
6 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
 

Instructions
Bring rhubarb, sugar and pineapple to a boil in a saucepan. Boil gently for 12 minutes. Add Jell-O; boil 1 more minute.
Ladle boiling hot in jars and seal. This jam can be made anytime with rhubarb from the freezer.
