Place a flour tortilla under the broiler until it is warm.
Using a pastry brush, spread the tortilla with melted butter.
Sprinkle generously with grated Longhorn cheese and return under broiler until the cheese melts.
For variation, add chopped onions and diced green chiles to grated cheese. Serve piping hot.
