     Madi's Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 heaping tablespoon dry yeast
1 square butter (melted)
1/2 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
 

Instructions
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Set aside.
Mix together butter and milk, then add additional ingredients into it, then yeast mixture. Stir in 3 to 3 1/4 cups flour (the less the better). Knead. Let rise 1 hour. Divide in half and roll into 2 circles. Spread circle with melted butter. Cut into 16 pieces like you cut a pie. Then roll from wide end to small end.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Raise 2 to 3 hours. Bake @ 350 degrees -- 11 minutes.
