Heat oil on medium heat. Add chile sauce, vinegar, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, and oregano. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
Sprinkle salt over all the chicken. Add the marinade to the chicken pieces in a bag and marinate over night.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator. Preheat grill , cook for 25 min until internal temp of 165.
