     Grandma Ruth's Hot Fudge

Ingredients
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa powder
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup Hershey's syrup
tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Combine the cocoa powder with the hot water and stir into a paste.
Place all ingredients into a 2-quart saucepan.
Stir and cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture registers 225 on a candy thermometer.
Mixture will thicken as it cools.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over ice cream
