Flatten chicken breass into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place on top of each breast, cheese, ham and a pat of butter. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll by folding the ends and placing a toothpick in them. Mix together flour, salt and pepper, garlic powder. Roll chicken in mixture. Beat the eggs and water together in separate bowl. Beat chicken in eggs, again in flour. Let sit in refrisgerator for 20 minutes. Heat skillet over medium heat and add oil and butter. Add Chicken and brown on both sides.
