     Easy Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
3 to 4 pounds chicken thighs, on the bone is best. Legs ok too.
2 teaspoons Walkerwood Jerk Seasoning (more if you like heat)
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 2 teaspoons minced or crushed garlic
1/2 cup orange juice
 

Instructions
Peel skin off chicken thighs. Mix all ingredients and marinade for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake in shallow pan at 375 degrees for 60 minutes, turning often.
Skim off fat. Serve over rice. Tastes great leftover or cooked ahead of time as the flavors blend even more.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over white or brown steamed rice.
