     Creamy Garlic dressing

Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 large garlic clove, minced
 
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the oil, sour cream, whipping cream, vinegar, salt and garlic; stir until smooth. Chill. Serve over salad greens.
Refrigerate leftovers. Yield- 1 2/3 cups.
