     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 small onion
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion salt
10-12 corn tortillas
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (13 oz) condensed milk
 
1/2 lb grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Instructions
Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and onion salt. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Grease casserole dish. Put in a layer of tortillas. Top with a layer of meat mixture, alternating layers, ending with a layer of tortillas.
Mix soup, milk and cheese. Pour over tortillas and bake in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes servings.
