2 (14 oz) cans artichokes

2 cups mayonnaise
|

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Garlic to taste

Instructions |

|
Drain, quarter and then smash up artichokes. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Add garlic to taste.

Bake uncovered in casserole dish 35-40 minutes. Serve on toast points or toasted sliced French bread rounds. Oven temperature 325-350 degrees.
