     Katherine's Rochester Apple Crisp

Ingredients
6 c. sliced apples with skin on
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
Topping-
¼ c. butter, softened
½ c. flour
½ c. sugar
 
¼ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Toss apple slices with sugar, vanilla, flour and cinnamon. Pour into greased 9x13” Pyrex pan. Spread 8 oz. of cream cheese over top. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cream cheese. Bake at 400 degreesfor 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 45-50 minutes.
