     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz neufchâtel or cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach thawed and drained
1/2 c. mozzarella
1/2 c. swiss cheese
 
1/2 tsp red papper flakes

Instructions
Whip Cream cheese until creamy. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
