     Cucumbers in Dill Sauce

Ingredients
2 cucumbers
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dill seed
3/4 tsp salt
pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup boiling water
 
Instructions
Peel and slice cucumbers. Pour 1 cup boiling water over slices. Drain at once and cover with ice water. Drain and squeeze dry in paper towel.
Mix other ingredients and toss with slices.
