     Grilled Fish with Mango-Peach Chutney

Ingredients
Four 6 oz Cod fillets
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup mango chutney
1 diced peach
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
 

Instructions
Heat oiled grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush fillets with oil; sprinkle with curry powder and salt. Grill fish 5-7 mins, turning once, until just cooked through. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir mango chutney, peach, cilantro and red onion. Spoon chutney over fish.
