Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water as package directs. While pasta cooks, pour 2 tbsp oil from tuna can into a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 min until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, olives, capers and pepper flakes; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat; simmer 5 mins for flavors to blend. Stir in tuna. Drain pasta; return to pot. Add sauce and chopped parsley; toss.
