Ingredients

-	1 cup butter
-	1 1/2 cups heavy cream
-	3/4 cup grated romano
-	1/2 cup grated parmesan
-	garlic salt to taste
-	salt and pepper to taste


Instructions


Melt butter, then whisk in cream until fluffy. Slowly whisk in parmesan. Whisk about 2 minutes over low heat. season with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
