     Overbey's Sausage Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 clove garlic
2 ibs. sausage
3 Tbs. flour
2 c. milk
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
1/8 lb. butter
2 tsp. soy sauce
 
2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Instructions
Rub large skillet with garlic and heat. Brouwn sausage. Pour off grease as it accumulates.
Dredge sausage in flour. Add milk and simmer until slightly thickened. Set aaside.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add to sausage mixture rest of ingredients except sour cream.
When mixture bubbles, add sour cream. Serve in chafing dish. May freeze before adding sour cream.
