Melt margarine and add onion to saute. Add potatoes, water and bouillon. Cook until potatoes are almost done. Remove 1 cup of potato cubes and set aside. Pour mixture into blender and blend until smooth. Stir in cubes, broccoli and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Season to taste.
