1 lb sausage

1 cup frozen, loose-pack hash browns, thawed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

5 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 pkg crescent rolls
|

1/4 cup milk
|
|
1/8 tsp pepper
|

Instructions |

|
Cook and drain sausage. Put the 8 roll wedges in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.

Put on sausage and potatoes; top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-3- minutes.
