Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; stir in water, vinegar, and honey. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat, and cool slightly. Stir in poppy sees. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with fresh fruit.
Yield; 1 1/4 cups (12 calories and 8 percent fat).
