     Miso Gravy

Ingredients
7 Brazil nuts
1 Tbs. pumpkin seed oil (or oil of choice)
½ cup Irish Moss paste
¼ cup water
1 ½ cup chopped zucchini
¼ tsp. Himalayan salt crystals
2 Tbs. dark miso paste
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. nutritional yeast
 
1/8 tsp. black pepper (optional)
1/8 tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dried or fresh rosemary
½ tsp. apple cider vinegar or 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions
Blend on high until smooth.
Store in a jar for up to a week in the refrigerator
