     Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
4 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 cups corn syrup (white or clear)
Bag of raw peanuts
3 Tbsp margarine
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients and boil to 310 degrees on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Spread on buttered pan. Let cool, then break into pieces.
