     Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes
1 medium minced onion
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 sticks margarine melted
 
Instructions
Boil potatoes in jackets until almost done, cool, peel, dice. Put into 9 x 13 greased pan with margarine.
Add flour, salt and pepper and minced onion.
Pour melted margarine over potato mixture.
Bake 400 for 45 minutes or until browned.
