Ingredients
1 tblsp. olive oil
2 jalapenos seeded and minced
1 red bell pepper
1 med. yellow onion chopped or 1/2 large
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can refried beans
2 lbs. ground meat
3 cans chili beans
1/4 cup chili powder
 
1/2 bottle beer
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 shakes to 2 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
1 tblsp. cumin
1 tblsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. cayenne powder
2-3 tblsp. pickled jalapenos chopped
2-10ozdiced tomatoes w/ lime & cilantro/1-10oz tomato w/green chile
1 can beef broth or 3 large beef boulloin

Instructions
Add olive oil to a large pot over medium heat; add meat and cook until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Add jalapeno, bell pepper, onion. When cooked soft, add garlic and allow to cook over medium heat w/ meat and veggies for 1 minute. Add in rest of ingredients and let cook for 1 hour. Can be served at this time.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in the refrigerator overnight. The next day place in crock pot and cook on low three to four hours. Best served with sliced pickled jalapenos, shredded sharp cheddar, sour cream and cornbread.
