     Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground mild sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jalepeno pepper seeded and chopped finely
1 can hot rotelle mix
1 can green chilles
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
10 3/4 oz. canned cream of celery soup
10 3/4 oz canned cream mushroom soup
10 oz. can enchillada sauce
18 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato seeded and diced small
4 green onion chopped
1/4 c. fresh cilantro chopped
1 cup monteray jack cheese

Instructions
Cook sausage and ground beef in large skillet. Drain and stir in jalepeno pepper, rotelle, chilles, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper.
Stir together soups and enchillada sauce in a saucepan. cook until thoroughly heated.
Spoon one-third sauce onto the bottom of the pan. top with 6 tortillas. spoon half of meat mixture and one-third over tortillas.sprinkle with half cheese. top with 6 more tortillas and repeat layers. ending with tortillas sprinkle with monteray jack cheese, tomoto , onion cliantro and avacodo ( optional).Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
