     Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 lbs. deli roast beef Chopped
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried oregeno
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
 
1/4 tsp. dried basil
10 3.4 oz. canned cream mushroom
9 oz. pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
1 c. sour cream
8oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
2 Tbsp. softened butter
Garnish- Fresh chopped parsley
8oz. pkg. mushrooms

Instructions
Brown meat in 1 Tbsp. oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. 8 -10 min. Add broth to pan stirring to loosen particles from bottom of pan. Combine flour and seasoning in a 3 -4 qt. slow cooker. Place browned meat and mixture from pan, toss to coat. add mushroom soup and soup mix, stir until well blended. Stir in mushrooms.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 1/2 hrs. or on a low setting for 6 - 7 hrs. until meat is tender. stir in sour cream , cover and cook until heated through. serve over noodles , toss with butter and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
