     Sesame Vinaigrette

Servings   1 cup

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp DiJon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve vinaigrette with salad greens.
Yield- 1 cup 12 calories per tbsp. cholesterol 0mg, sodium 30mg, carbohydrates 0.6mg
