1/4 cup Yoshida Gourmet sauce or 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
Instructions
Mix thoroughly, then pour over 2 medium fish fillets in a dish with cover or a Ziploc bag. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably longer. Serve with brown or wild rice. Squeeze fresh lemon or lime over fish before eating.
