Put all ingredients in blender container except oil and lemon juice, blend well. With blender running slowly, gradually add half the oil. (When necessary, stop blender and scrape down sides.) Add lemon juice. Slowly pour remaining oil into container, running blender slowly.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
