     Pay de Manzana

Ingredients
pasta ojaldrada
manzanas
azúcar
canela
mantequilla
pam
huevo (para barnizar)
 
Instructions
Se extiende la pasta ojaldrada sobre el molde previamente engrasado
Se pelan y rebanan las manzanas, acomodándolas en el molde y cubriendo cada capa con azúcar y canela
Se pone dos cuadritos de mantequilla antes de cubrir con el resto de la pasta ojaldrada
Se barniza con huevo
