My mom has made macaroni and meat a gazillion times. It has gotten down to the point of where she has it down to an art form. I always shred the cheese for my mom. The kind of cheese she uses gets really sweaty, so its easy to lose your grip when you're shredding it. The meal costs about 5 dollars and feeds six. Every time she makes it you can smell the aroma of the green pepper and onion. It fills the entire house. When it comes out of the oven, it is golden brown.
