     Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/3 of a lemon juice
Dash salt
 

Instructions
Whip eggs yolks and lemon juice in a stainless steel mixing bowel. Place mixing bowl over simmering pan of water, double-boiler style, and whip eggs constantly until soft peaks form.
remove from heat. Whisk in butter slowly until well blended. Add Tabasco, Worcestershire, and salt. Serve warm.
