     Praline French Toast

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
8 slices French bread, sliced 3/4 inch thick
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup chopped pecans
 

Instructions
Blend eggs, half and half, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour half of mixture into 9 x 13. Place bread on top and pour rest of mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
In another non-metal 9 x 13, melt the margarine, brown sugar, syrup and nuts. Place the soaked bread on top of mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or till puffed and brown.
