-
2 Pinches of Salt
-
1 Pinch of Pepper
-
Crisco Vege. Oil Cooking Grease

Instructions
Growing up, no other vegetable earned a bigger spot in my stomache like my moms home made french fries(better than MCDonalds.)Soft, golden, and satisfying. Great dipped in syrup, hotsauce, and the traditional tomatoe ketchup.
Here is how you make them- (Skin off tastes better) Cut potatoes into french fries, rinse, and set in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Heat Vegetable Oil Cooking grease in a frying pan to a medium-high heat setting on stove. To test the readiness of the grease drop in one fry, and if it begins to fry add the rest of the fries. Once golden (not brown) Remove from grease and place on a paper towell so that the grease can drain. Let cool for a few minutes, but not too long (tastes best hot.) Try dipping in syrup, it tastes great with fries.
