Ingredients

-	8 medium potatoes, boil with skins, peel and dice
-	5 strips of bacon, fried until crisp
-	1 onion
-	1/4 cup vinegar
-	Salt and pepper
-	1/4 cup sugar


Instructions


Remove bacon pieces from grease and set aside. Dice onion and saute in grease but do not brown. Add vinegar and sugar to hot grease. Pour this mixture over potatoes; add bacon pieces. Lightly mix. Serve warm.
