     Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
1 loaf bread - 18 slices
2 sticks margarine
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups chopped celery
3-4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 cup stock or water
 

Instructions
Melt margarine, add onion and celery. Saute over low heat for 20 minutes. Add poultry seasoning and mix well. Pour over bread cubes, salt, pepper.
Bake in turkey or in pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until done.
