Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

 1 1/2 cup sugar

 1/4 tsp baking powder

 1 tsp baking soda

 3/4 tsp salt
-
 1/2 tsp cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg

 1 2/3 cup flour
-
 1/2 cup oil
-
 1/2 cup cold water
-
 1 cup pumpkin

 2 eggs
-
 Nuts if desired
Instructions
Mix all together. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325. Will make one loaf or can be put in 3 cans.
