Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
-
 2 1/2 cup undrained brushed pineapple
-
 2 Tbsp cornstarch
-
 1/2 cup sugar
-
 1/4 tsp salt
-
 1 Tbsp margarine
-
 1 Tbsp lemon juice
 
Instructions
Mix pineapple with cornstarch, sugar, salt. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Add margarine and lemon juice. Pour into pastry lined 8 inch pie pan. Add top crust.
Bake 425 for 25-30 minutes
