To prepare the crust, put an entire stack of biscotti in a bag and crush them...consider the nature of destruction. Once sufficiently powdery, put into a bowl and add butter (softened) and brown sugar if available. Take contents of bowl and push into a pie tin form.
To prepare the cheese cake, mix all ingredients EXCEPT the eggs in a bowl. Once mixed, add each egg one at a time to concoction.
Pour filling over crust. Bake at 190 degrees C for about 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
