Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Place the chicken and bouillon in the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Recoat the skillet with cooking spray and reduce the heat to low. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the chicken, beans, rice, garlic powder, red pepper, and water and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
