     November Plum Crisp

Ingredients
For Filling-
2 lbs. plums, sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
I spoonful flour
1 Tbsp. red wine
couple drops vanilla
For Crisp-
1 cup flour
 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
1 stick of butter, diced

Instructions
Assemble filling in small bowl, pour into baking dish. In same bowl, mix together ingredients for crisp, pour over filling.
Bake until crispy and golden at about 200 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and aromatic.
Serving Suggestions
Best received during moments of thesis stress, in a bowl, with a nice note.
