Peekaberry Boos

Ingredients
-
 2 1/2 C Flour
-
 1 tsp baking soda
-
 1/2 tsp salt
-
 1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
 1 c packed brown sugar
-
 3/4 C sugar
-
 1 C margarine
-
 2 eggs
-
 1/2 C water
 
-
 1 tsp almond extract
-
 2 C quick oats
-
 raspberry preserves
Instructions
Cream together brown sugar, sugar, margarine
Add eggs, water and almond extract to sugar mix
Add dry ingredients and oats mix well. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet, make small indentation in center of cookie. Fill with 1/2 tsp preservers and dot of dough.
Bake at 400 10-12 mins
