     Smart Tomato Bread

2 1/2 cups Flour
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
1 packet of yeast
1/4 cup water
1 packet of powered tomato soup
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Begin by mixing the yeast into 4 Tbsp of warm water. Set aside. In another bowl sift together flour, sugar, salt, and soup packet.
Mix yeast into flour mixture. Add olive oil. Incrementally add the rest of the water until dough forms. (It will seem dry at first, but most of the time if you knead it, a perfect dough forms. Obviously if it's still dry add water.)
Put dough into bowl and in a warm spot, covered. Let sit at least an hour. Once risen, you have 2 options. Knead and let rise again, or put into greased baking form and bake.
Bake in oven at 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. Let cool and study for Scotland travel exam with bread.
