Brown sausage, drain on paper towl
|

Cook onion and garlic in sausage pan
|
|
|
|
add~1 cup wine and broth simmer a few minutes
|
|
|
|
add~1 cup pumpkin, cream (1 swirl around pan) and sage and sausage.
Stir in cooked pasta with more sage
|
