Ingredients

-	Sweet Italian Sausage
-	Fresh sage
-	onion
-	garlic
-	chicken broth
-	Dry white wine
-	Canned pureed pumpkin
-	Penne (or similar pasta)
-	Cream or 1/2 and 1/2


Instructions


Brown sausage, drain on paper towl


Cook onion and garlic in sausage pan


add~1 cup wine and broth simmer a few minutes


add~1 cup pumpkin, cream (1 swirl around pan) and sage and sausage. Stir in cooked pasta with more sage
