     Cabbage Chowder

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 lb Polish sausage
2 cups carrots, sliced
4 tsp caraway seeds
2 cans celery soup
1 can milk
1 can water
3 cups cabbage, shredded in long shreds
 

Instructions
Cut Polish sausage in thin slices. Brown sausage, carrots and caraway seeds in butter until tender. Mix the soup, milk and water together and add the sausage mix and the cabbage. Bring to a slow boil and simmer ten minutes or until cabbage is tender.
