Blanch broccoli. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and cook garlic for 1 minute over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 min.
Add scallions and cook until soft, about 2 minutes. Add broth and teriaki sauce, simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces slightly, about 5 min.
Spoon over rice.
Try adding sesame seeds and/or pinapple.
