     Custard Pie

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups warm milk
1 unbaked pie shell
nutmeg
 
Instructions
Beat egg yolks and egg by hand until fluffy. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and milk and pour into pie shell.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
