     Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups cold milk, divided
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 cup whipped topping, divided
1 pkg (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp milk and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in 3/4 cup whipped topping; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and remaining milk until blended, about 2 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon half of the pudding into six parfait glasses or bowls; top with peanut butter mixture and remaining pudding. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
Yield- 6 servings Nutrition- one serving (prepared with skim milk), reduced-fat peanut butter, light whipped topping and sugar-free pudding) equals 102 calories, 144mg sodium, 1mg cholesterol, 13g carbohydrate, 5g protein, 3g fat.
