Mix Ricotta Cheese, White pepper, egg and parsley together. In 11 X 13 baking pan place 3 to 4 lasagna noodles down, spread 1/2 Ricotta cheese mixture and then 1/2 Meat mixture, then sprinkle 1/2 Mozarella Cheese over this. Repeat. Cover Pan with Aluminum foil and bake on 325 degree oven for 25 min.. Remove cover and bake another 5 min. or unitl bubbly around sides.
